the room was very clean and cozy. the wellness area was also amazing, i really enjoyed it every moment. breakfast was also quite correct and i recommend it for everyone. the staff was professional and helpful.
i checked on 'gobytaxi' before i left my country to budget the cost for taxis. i was charged 3x what the fare should have been.

our room was much larger than expected, a pleasant surprise. it included a modern bathroom, with two separate sinks and a spacious rainfall shower. the bed was super comfy, ensuring a restful night.

staff were helpful throughout my stay, assisting with directions and recommendations. the reception staff speaks english and they're so helpful. prompt laundry service is available, and the staff handles everything efficiently.

The hotel's location provides easy access to major transport hubs. Trams and buses are very close. the train station is next to both the bus hub and has links by tram too. the area is calm and safe, a big plus.

The spa facilities are well maintained. I enjoyed the sauna and swimming pool. Breakfast had a decent variety of items and fresh options were available. I found the parking generous, so that's a plus. The staff was helpful, especially with directions.
The room lacked a coffee machine. I only had hot chocolate and tea available.

The staff was very helpful throughout my stay. I found the room to be much larger than expected. The selection of food was AMAZING!!!
The hotel provided only hot chocolate and tea, I could not find a coffee machine.

the hotel is close to a bus stop , made getting around easy. parking was ample and free. my room came with a balcony overlooking a garden. i also enjoyed the variety at breakfast. the spa facilities added something special to my stay.
the bathtub was quite high making it a little difficult to get in and out of.

the staff was helpful and friendly, readily available to assist with directions and information about local attractions. i booked a massage appointment with peter and it was excellent value for money at £30 for 55 minutes. generally, i experienced attentive service.
